Iowa bank hosting community shred day


CRESTON, IOWA - One local Iowa bank is helping people 'shred' away the possibilities of identity theft. First National Bank is hosting a community 'Shred Day' where the public may destroy old, sensitive documents free of charge.

First National Bank marketing associate Kyle Wilson told KXCV/KRNW that the bank holds this event every year with positive turnout.

'Shred Day' will be tomorrow from 10 a.m. until noon at their Creston and Shenandoah locations.
